Description
In this interactive session, we will explore a restorative, trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals, children, and families as they navigate the rocky terrain of grief after suicide. Prominent themes of suicide bereavement and the impact of stigma on the grieving process will be addressed.
For all in-person attendees:
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and out an abundance of caution for the health and wellbeing of you, our colleagues around the state, the following precautions are being required:
- Face coverings must be worn by each attendee for the duration of the workshop; regardless of vaccination status.
- Seating will be at a reduced capacity in an effort to maintain a minimum of 6 foot distance. When arriving at, leaving, and moving about the training location, please attempt to maintain a social distance.
- Each attendee will have a complete and individual set of handouts, worksheets, and/or supplies provided at their seat.
- Sweetser staff will sanitize each table and chair before and after your workshop. Additionally, hand sanitizer will be available for attendees throughout the training.
Thank you for your understanding and support in ensuring we all get through this safe and healthy.
