Description
This training will provide non-clinical staff with a wider range of tools for critically assessing safety risk factors. We’ll explore our own discomfort and bias when asking questions about suicidality, self-harm, and other high-risk behaviors. Finally, we will learn how to create more in-depth, personalized plans to reduce and avoid crisis behaviors rather than just respond to them.
