Description
As counselors and behavioral health professionals we are practicing in unprecedented times. The use of technology has been a fast-moving train and telehealth is here to stay in many settings. This course will focus on the standards of ethical practice and the new guidelines for telehealth that have emerged since the COVID 19 pandemic changed the service delivery landscape. We will have open and honest discussions about the ethical challenges of using technology, the ways we can adapt, and the importance of clarity when establishing care with clients. The course will be interactive, and participants will be invited to share their experiences as well as creative solutions because we are all in this together. This course will give you practical and tangible tools to continue service delivery in these history making times.
