Sweetser President & CEO Jayne Van Bramer met with members of the South Berwick-Eliot Rotary to share updates on Sweetser’s programs in York County, including the impactful work being done at Sanford’s Hope & Healing Center.

During her remarks, Jayne highlighted the importance …of Sweetser’s newly established Child ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) program. This initiative supports children who have not responded to traditional treatment approaches and are at heightened risk of requiring inpatient, crisis, or residential care. The program aims to provide intensive, wraparound support to help these youth stabilize and thrive within their communities.

It was wonderful seeing the familiar faces and coming together as a team to spread awareness about crisis support services in our community. Staff from the communications office enjoyed handing out crisis and …peer support resources to hockey fans, and chatting with attendees about their personal journeys with mental health.
