WHO WE SERVE
We work with children who:
- Are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
- Have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder or an intellectual or developmental disability like Autism*
- Are MaineCare eligible and aged birth through 20 years old
*Diagnosis must be provided in writing, and signed and dated by a qualified provider within the last 365 days.
WORKING WITH FAMILIES
- At risk of hospitalization or out of home placement
- Exhibiting behavioral or emotional symptoms disruptive at home, school, or other settings
- Connect to community & build supports
- Involved in multiple systems of care, including juvenile justice, child protective, or crisis services
- Experiencing a combination of mental health challenges and physical health challenges
TREATMENT GOALS
- Join with families and other community members to support and strengthen the mental and physical health of both the child and family.
- Develop and support a team to increase resilience, self-reliance, and other skills with an overall goal of sustainable health and wellness.
- Increase ability to navigate the social service system independently.
