I have grown up and lived in northern Maine near the Canadian border. I have been a therapist since 2018, after 7 years of teaching middle school and high school math and history. I have always loved horses and with my understanding of trauma, have found them to be invaluable helpers in my therapy sessions. I am married and have a little girl, who also loves the horses.
