Hello! I am a licensed addictions therapist working in private practice, currently doing one on one tele-health sessions with clients in Portland and surrounding areas. I have been working with all facets of Substance Use Disorders for over 25 years, in the initial detoxification inpatient process, facilitating groups in Intensive Outpatient settings, and one on one in both agency and private practice. I help clients discover, recover, attach and be true to their Highest Self and values and let go of reliance on the self harming coping tools of codependency, drug and alcohol use, binge eating disorder and isolation. I have also worked extensively with doctors in integrated medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence and addiction. I know what it is like to LOVE someone with and to have SUFFERED FROM Substance Use Disorders and offer a compassionate, judgement free, sometimes fun and solution focused safe space to explore your path to freedom and empowerment.
